Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 days after delivery there after no returns or exchange will be accepted. Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. We are able to refund you with a store credit that can be used within six months from issue date. Please note that custom made items per your measurements are not eligible for any refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached). It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in store credit.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require us to collect the item on your behalf, a courier charge will be charged on your account.
